TGIF!!!!!

For the past 2 1/2 months fridays weren't really that big a deal to me seeing as how I was playing stay @ home mama during that time- so everyday was like the weekend.. really. Well, now I've been hit with a slap in the face of reality and have re-entered the working world and have never been more excited for a FRIDAY!! My plans this weekend are to snuggle with my gorgeous baby boy, spoil him rotten, clean my house from top to bottom, and maybe make some sugar cookies for the hubs :) I am sooo looking forward to it! And to top it all off... It's the first day of October and I freakin' love October!! So have a great weekend everyone- I know I will.

Weeeekend :)

Justin and I decided that our kitchen can get a little boring- so we made a goal to try at least one new recipe a week. And what a better time to cook than on a BEAUTIFUL weekend like the one we just had :) This weeks choice was homeade chicken cordon bleu from Rachel Ray. I cant say that I'm the best cook in the world but... I must admit it turned out yummy!

And we also enjoyed a sunday 4 wheeler ride with these lil' cuties! I just love them :)

The weather was perfect... Happy Spring!!

Here's to Happiness.

Have you ever made a "happy list?" You know a list of all the things that make you... well

HAPPY! I have seen these on a few blogs and got to thinking about what truly makes me happy. And here is what I came up with...

1- Cupcakes- any kind, anywhere, any time

2- The smell of fresh rain and kissing in it :)

3- Feeling HIM kick

4- drinking coffee on my porch

5- making my niece and nephews giggle

6- A clean house

7-sleeping in on weekends with the hubs

8- getting packages in the mail

9-camping with family and friends

10-How fast my puppy Mia runs to see me when I get home

Spring has Sprung!!

So I think it's safe to say that Spring is here... Finally! I couldn't help but notice how warm the inside of my car was when I went to lunch- It almost felt HOT! These are the kind of days that make a full time working girl wish she wasn't a full time working girl! It makes me want to just be outside, laying on my grass while eating a popsicle and playing with mia :) The best part about it is.. the weekend is suppose to be even better.
